WHEN CAN I SET UP MY BOOTH?
Set up on Friday, October 4th from 11-7pm.
The hall will be open on Saturday, October 5th at 8:00am, booth must be completely set up and manned by 9:00am and taken down by 4pm by your own team.
Carry out what you carry in, we will not be able to dispose of boxes, trash etc.
WHAT IF I AM COMING FROM THE WEST TISBURY FARMERS MARKET?
If you are a West Tisbury Farmers Market vendor and would like to participate in both the WTFM and the LLHF, we can make exceptions for the above ‘rule’. We will need you to bring your own table, table cloth and tent.

WHAT DOES LLHF SUPPLY?
One Table (additional 8×6 tables will be $5each) Sponsors are allowed up to 3 tables for free.
One tablecloth (you may bring your own)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
*Additional tablecloth(s) to cover your table(s)
*Each organization is required to have a sign displaying its name
*Extension cords, tape, poster board, pens etc. that you will need
ANY OTHER INFO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HAVING A BOOTH AT LLHF?
All booths must be interactive — educational, demonstration of what you offer, staff available to answer questions, handouts, charts/graphs of information etc.
ARE THERE ANY GUIDELINES FOR SELLING PRODUCTS?
Yes! Products being sold at the LLHF must be made with at least one local ingredient and made on the island by you or another Islander. If the item is food and are packaged to eat, you will need a West Tisbury BOH certificate. Please fill out the form here and we can help you asses what that cost will be.
